BWitC host Wanderers Connect at TVD’s new Experience Centre

TVD Group has proudly hosted its first AV Experience Centre networking event, opening with local charity Bolton Wanderers in the Community

BWitC host Wanderers Connect at TVD’s new Experience Centre, Bolton, UK – TVD Group, a leading provider of state-of-the-art audiovisual solutions, is thrilled to announce the successful hosting of an exclusive networking event in collaboration with Bolton Wanderers in the Community (BWitC), the charity arm of the renowned Bolton Wanderers Football Club. The event took place at the newly opened TVD Experience Centre, the company’s AV media showroom and demonstration centre set to become the Tech Hub of the North.

The event, designed to thank Bolton’s community partners for their unwavering support and provide updates on the charity’s initiatives going forward, was a resounding success and highlighted the growing collaboration between technology and community engagement.

Francesca Austen, Fundraising and Events Executive at BWitC, praised the venue for its unparalleled ability to elevate the event’s impact through its innovative technology and visually stunning environment. “After attending the showroom opening, we approached TVD to help host our own networking event as the impact and added benefit of the screens make for a very visually dynamic venue. The centre provided a real wow factor that we just couldn’t achieve from in our own meeting rooms or other local business meeting venues,” Austen remarked.

The TVD Experience Centre, with its innovative design and (quite literally) wall to wall displays of AV technology and digital signage, offered a unique and engaging backdrop for the event, allowing BWitC to create a custom-made experience for its community partners. “BWitC were able to showcase a professional-looking event thanks to the custom-made experience from TVD. The venue’s array of digital screens and LED walls enabled a dynamic and interactive presentation of the charity’s achievements and future projects, reinforcing the partnership between BWitC and its supporters,” added Austen.

Austen further highlighted the venue’s distinctiveness, stating, “The TVD Experience Centre is something quite unique and offers a great alternative to a standard meeting room. The venue creates a fun, unique experience for business guests, allowing for unique branding and advertising opportunities through the venue’s many digital screens and LED walls, with a focus on a visual concept.”

The recently opened TVD Experience Centre is fitted out with a wide range of digital displays, AV signage and LED walls from the likes of Samsung, LG & Philips, as well as audio equipment from KV2 and Audac. Hero of the centres’ ‘board room’ is a 110-inch Samsung The Wall, MicroLED display – one of central and northern England’s only demonstration venues for the Korean brand’s flagship modular display panel technology.

Mat Brown, CEO at TVD group, commented, “TVD is proud and privileged to have provided the platform for such a pivotal event for the football club that we have been involved with for over three decades. The successful collaboration with Bolton Wanderers in the Community underscores our commitment to leveraging our innovative AV technology and experience centre for community engagement and business development.”
